SMM's portfolio is organised as a set of strategic mineral districts rather than a collection of isolated licences. Each district consolidates prospective geological ground capable of supporting multiple discoveries and long-life development, and each is held within a dedicated project-level vehicle to enable disciplined, asset-specific capital structuring.

The platform comprises five strategic mineral districts anchored by nine granted exploration licences, together with a pipeline of licence applications submitted to extend and consolidate the district footprint.
